• “User” refers to any individual accessing the Service via Telegram.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is an automated analytical tool that processes public blockchain data using proprietary algorithms. It provides frequency-based insights and behavioral heuristics regarding wallet activity.

3. Telegram Data Usage

By interacting with our Telegram bot, you acknowledge that:

• we may access your Telegram user ID, username, and display name;
• this information is used solely for bot functionality, security, usage tracking, and support;
• we do not link this data to any real-world identity, and we do not perform identity verification (KYC).
• Telegram user data remains subject to Telegram’s Privacy Policy, which we do not control.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• not rely on the Output as a basis for financial, compliance, or legal decisions;
• not attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, resell, scrape, or abuse the Service;

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.
